Aligning needle roller bearings

Setting needle roller bearings are assemblies consisting of chipless formed outer sleeves, plastic support rings with hollow spherical inner form, outer rings with spherical outer surface, needle rings and removable inner rings.

The bearings compensate for static misalignment of the shaft and thus tolerate misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing. Setting needle roller bearings have a tight fit in the housing bore. The hole can thus be easily and economically manufactured.
